Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Processing times may be longer during new collection launches, promotional periods, public holidays and busy festive periods such as Raya.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with your tracking information.
Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier service.
Orders to East Malaysia, remote areas or locations requiring additional courier transit time may take longer.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Information
Please make sure your name, phone number and delivery address are complete and accurate before placing your order.
P A S H A cannot be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from:
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
An unavailable recipient;
Courier delays;
Severe weather or disruptions;
Public holidays; or
Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply if you would like us to send the order again.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
Please allow some time for the courier's tracking system to update after your parcel has been collected.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders
If your parcel arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or appears to be missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide your order number together with clear photos of the parcel, shipping label, packaging and items received so we can review the issue.
